BOOKING & PAYMENT

Booking Confirmation, Pricing & Payments

These conditions explain how bookings with Desert Fun Tourism are
confirmed, priced and paid for.

CONFIRMATION

When Your Booking Is Confirmed

A booking is considered confirmed once Desert Fun Tourism has
accepted the reservation and provided booking confirmation or the
relevant tour details to the guest.

PRICING

Tour Prices & Inclusions

Prices are based on the selected tour, vehicle, activity and package.
Guests should review the stated inclusions, exclusions and any
optional upgrades before confirming a reservation.

PAYMENT

Payment Methods

Payment arrangements may vary by booking. Where available, payment
may be completed through an approved payment link or according to the
payment instructions provided with the reservation.

Important Booking Information

Guest details:
Please provide accurate contact information, number of guests,
preferred tour date and pickup details when making a reservation.

Pickup charges:
Some locations outside standard Dubai pickup areas may require an
additional transfer charge. Any applicable charge should be confirmed
before the tour.

Third-party bookings:
When booking through an online travel agency or other authorized
platform, that platform’s payment and booking conditions may also apply.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Changes, Cancellations & Refund Conditions

Cancellation and amendment conditions can depend on the selected tour,
booking channel and timing of the request.

CANCELLATION

Cancelling a Booking

Guests should contact Desert Fun Tourism as early as possible if
they need to cancel. Eligibility for a refund depends on the
applicable cancellation policy for the selected experience.

AMENDMENTS

Changing Date or Details

Requests to change the tour date, number of guests, pickup location
or selected package are subject to availability and may result in a
price difference or additional charge.

REFUNDS

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed according to the original payment
method or the booking platform used. Processing times may vary
depending on the payment provider or travel marketplace.

Important Cancellation Notes

Booking platforms:
Reservations made through Viator, GetYourGuide, Expedia or another
third-party platform may be subject to that platform’s cancellation
and refund policy.

Late cancellations and no-shows:
Refunds may not be available when a guest cancels after the applicable
cancellation deadline or does not attend the confirmed pickup.

Operational cancellation:
If Desert Fun Tourism must cancel an experience for operational,
safety or exceptional reasons, guests will be advised of the available
rescheduling or refund options.

PICKUP & TIMING

Pickup Locations, Tour Timing & Transfers

Pickup arrangements and tour schedules can vary depending on the selected
experience, location, season, traffic conditions and operational requirements.

PICKUP LOCATION

Hotel & Residence Pickup

Where pickup is included, guests must provide the correct hotel,
residence or agreed meeting-point details before the tour.
Availability may depend on the selected experience and location.

TOUR TIMING

Pickup Times Are Approximate

Confirmed pickup windows are approximate and may change because of
traffic, guest routing, weather, season, sunset timing or other
operational factors.

TRANSFERS

Areas Outside Standard Pickup

Pickup from locations outside the standard service area may require
an additional transfer charge or an alternative meeting point.
Any applicable arrangement should be confirmed before the tour.

Important Pickup Information

Be ready on time:
Guests should be available at the confirmed pickup location during the
advised pickup window.

Keep your phone available:
The driver or operations team may need to contact you regarding pickup,
directions or last-minute timing updates.

Incorrect pickup details:
Desert Fun Tourism is not responsible for delays or missed pickups
caused by inaccurate, incomplete or late location information.

Return timing:
Tour completion and drop-off times are approximate and may vary due to
traffic, operational conditions and the selected experience.

ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS

Safety, Participation & Activity Conditions

Some desert activities involve physical movement, off-road driving or
motorized vehicles. Participation requirements may vary by experience,
activity type and selected package.

PARTICIPATION

Age & Activity Eligibility

Minimum age, passenger and driver requirements may differ between
dune bashing, quad bikes, dune buggies, camel rides and other
activities. Guests should confirm the conditions for their selected
experience before booking.

HEALTH & COMFORT

Consider Your Suitability

Guests should consider whether an activity is suitable for them
before participating. Anyone with concerns about off-road driving,
physical activity or another tour element should contact our team
before booking.

SAFETY

Follow Guide Instructions

Guests must follow the safety instructions provided by guides,
drivers, marshals and activity staff. Participation may be refused
where instructions are ignored or where continued participation
could create a safety concern.

Important Activity Information

Motorized activities:
Quad bike and dune buggy participation is subject to the requirements
of the selected vehicle, activity area and operating provider.

Safety equipment:
Where safety equipment is provided or required, guests must use it
correctly and follow the instructions of the supervising team.

Optional activities:
Activities such as sandboarding or other physical experiences are
voluntary. Guests should only participate when comfortable doing so.

Operational discretion:
An activity may be modified, delayed or restricted where necessary
for safety, weather, desert conditions or operational reasons.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Conduct, Information & Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information,
following tour instructions and taking reasonable care of their
personal belongings throughout the experience.

BOOKING DETAILS

Provide Accurate Information

Guests should provide correct names, contact details, group size,
pickup location and any other information requested for the booking.
Changes should be communicated as early as possible.

CONDUCT

Respectful & Safe Behaviour

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, drivers,
staff and other travelers, and to follow reasonable instructions
given for safety and smooth operation of the tour.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own phones, cameras, bags,
valuables and personal items during transport, activities, stops
and visits throughout the experience.

Important Guest Information

Follow tour instructions:
Guests should remain with the group where required and follow the
instructions of the assigned guide, driver or activity team.

Personal belongings:
Guests should check vehicles and activity areas before leaving.
Desert Fun Tourism cannot guarantee recovery of lost or forgotten items.

Luggage:
Safari vehicles are not designed for transporting travel luggage.
Guests should arrange suitable storage for large bags and suitcases.

Damage or misuse:
Guests may be responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse,
reckless behaviour or failure to follow activity instructions.

OPERATIONS & RESPONSIBILITY

Tour Changes, Third-Party Services & Responsibility

Tour itineraries and services may occasionally need to change because
of operational, safety, weather, traffic, government or supplier-related
circumstances.

TOUR CHANGES

Operational Adjustments

Desert Fun Tourism may adjust pickup times, routes, activity order,
stops or other tour arrangements where reasonably required for
safety, weather, traffic, availability or operational reasons.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Partner & Supplier Services

Some components of an experience may be delivered by licensed
transport providers, activity operators, venues, camps or other
third-party suppliers. Their applicable operating and safety
requirements may also apply.

RESPONSIBILITY

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Desert Fun Tourism will take reasonable steps to deliver confirmed
services but cannot guarantee that every element will operate exactly
as scheduled where events outside reasonable operational control
affect the experience.

Additional Operational Conditions

Weather and desert conditions:
Activities may be delayed, modified or restricted when conditions make
an alternative arrangement appropriate for safety or operations.

Attraction or venue availability:
Opening hours, access, performances, facilities and third-party services
may change without direct control of Desert Fun Tourism.

Equivalent arrangements:
Where practical, our team may offer a reasonable alternative,
revised schedule or substitute arrangement when part of a confirmed
experience becomes unavailable.

Applicable rights:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or
restrict rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded
under applicable UAE law.

FINAL NOTICE

Acceptance of Terms & Guest Support

Please review the applicable booking conditions before confirming your
Desert Fun Tourism experience. Our Dubai team is available if you need
clarification about a tour, pickup arrangement or reservation condition.

BOOKING AGREEMENT

By Booking With Desert Fun Tourism

By confirming a reservation with Desert Fun Tourism, guests
acknowledge that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable
booking conditions, tour requirements, cancellation rules and
operational policies for the selected experience.

Guests should review the confirmed tour details carefully,
including the selected package, number of travelers, pickup
location, scheduled pickup window, inclusions, exclusions,
activity requirements and any optional services added to the booking.

Please Review Before Booking

Guests are responsible for reviewing pickup details, tour timing,
suitability requirements, cancellation eligibility and any
activity restrictions before confirming their reservation.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS

Reservations made through an online travel agency, marketplace
or authorized partner may also be subject to that provider’s
payment, amendment, cancellation and refund conditions.

If any booking information is incorrect or your travel plans
change, please contact our team as early as possible. Requested
amendments remain subject to availability and the conditions of
the confirmed experience.
