- Helmets and required safety gear are provided and must be worn during the ride
- Recommended ages: quad bike driving 8 to 50, camel ride 8 to 50 (children under 8 cannot drive)
- Children under 12 must ride the camel with an adult
- Wear closed sports shoes and comfortable clothing; bring a jacket in winter evenings
- Pickup timing (if transfer selected) is within 45 minutes before your booked time; summer timings may shift and you will be notified
- UAE rules: pregnant guests and anyone with serious back, neck, or heart conditions should not join off-road activities
- Please share your WhatsApp number for easy pickup or meeting point coordination
- We do pick up between 03:30 Pm to 04:00 Pm. Please be ready by 03:30 Pm. Our guide can come to you anytime between 03:30 Pm to 04:00 Pm. Once Guide will reach your location he will give you a call or text you by WhatsApp.
- For guests meeting at Dubai Mall, please proceed to the Big Bus Station at the Main Entrance. Arrive 15–30 mins before pickup. For help, contact your guide or our team. Note: Pick-up from areas outside Dubai, like Bab Al Shams, will have an extra transport charge.
