Know Before You Go
Buggy Duration – The Polaris RZR 1000cc ride duration is based on the option selected at booking, such as 30 or 60 minutes.
Driver Age – Buggy drivers must be at least 16 years old. A valid ID may be requested.
Safety Briefing – All drivers must attend the safety briefing, wear the provided protective equipment and follow the guide’s instructions.
Off-Road Activity – Dune buggy riding is an adventurous off-road activity and involves uneven desert terrain.
Health Restrictions – Not recommended for pregnant travellers or guests with serious back, neck, heart or other medical conditions.
Camel Ride & Sandboarding – These activities are optional and can be skipped if preferred.
Falcon Photo – Falcon photography is subject to availability and desert operating conditions.
Pickup & Drop-off – Dubai transfers are included only when selected with the booking. Exact pickup timing will be confirmed before the tour.
Weather & Desert Conditions – Route, timing and activities may be adjusted for safety due to weather or desert conditions.

Cancellation & Booking Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
