- Wear closed sports shoes for sandboarding and quad biking
- Dress comfy: light clothing in summer; bring a jacket for winter evenings
- Henna is optional; avoid if you have sensitive skin
- Camel ride: children under 12 must ride with an adult
- Recommended ages: sandboarding 8 to 50, quad bike driving 12 to 50, camel and falcon 8 to 50
- UAE rules: pregnant guests, and guests with back, neck, or heart conditions cannot join dune bashing
- Pickup is within 45 minutes before your selected time; summer timings may shift and you will be notified

- We do pick up between 02:00 Pm to 02:30 Pm. Please be ready by 02:00 Pm. Our guide can come to you anytime between 02:00 Pm to 02:30 Pm. Once Guide will reach your location he will give you a call or text you by WhatsApp.
- For guests meeting at Dubai Mall, please proceed to the Big Bus Station at the Main Entrance. Arrive 15–30 mins before pickup. For help, contact your guide or our team. Note: Pick-up from areas outside Dubai, like Bab Al Shams, will have an extra transport charge.
