Buggy Duration – Choose either a 30-minute or 60-minute Can-Am buggy ride when booking.
Minimum Driver Age – Drivers must be at least 16 years old and may be required to show valid identification.
Safety Briefing Required – All drivers must attend the pre-ride safety briefing, wear the provided protective gear and follow the guide’s instructions.
Off-Road Adventure – The Can-Am buggy experience takes place on desert terrain and includes uneven surfaces, dunes and off-road driving.
Health Restrictions – Not recommended for pregnant travellers or guests with serious back, neck, heart or other medical conditions.
Camel Ride & Sandboarding – These activities are optional and may be skipped if preferred.
Falcon Photo – Falcon photography is subject to availability and local operating conditions.
Pickup & Drop-off – Dubai transfers are included only where selected with the booking. Exact pickup time will be confirmed before the tour.

Cancellation & Booking Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
