  • Wear closed sports shoes and comfortable clothing; bring a jacket for winter mornings/evenings
  • Pickup timing (if transfer selected) is within 45 minutes before your booked time; summer timings may shift and you will be notified
  • Weather dependent: if canceled due to poor conditions, reschedule or full refund offered

  • For guests meeting at Dubai Mall, please proceed to the Big Bus Station at the Main Entrance. Arrive 15–30 mins before pickup. For help, contact your guide or our team. Note: Pick-up from areas outside Dubai, like Bab Al Shams, will have an extra transport charge.
